(Management Development Program for First Time Managers)


Turning Point is an interactive and transformational program to assist first time managers to succeed. The shift in role from an individual contributor or a team member to a manager can be quite dynamic. The various managerial skills and the corresponding knowledge and attitude aid in effective Performance Management. This is imparted in an experiential manner to ease and support the new managers through their transition and improve their effectiveness.


The challenges the new managers face with regard to Work (quantity and quality); Time; Deadlines and Personal Effectiveness are the main focus of this session and their resolutions are prioritized.

Management is about “Helping people reach their highest potential” and that help begins with the ‘Turning Point.’
