This workshop is designed with the intention of exploring the dynamics, tricks and habits of the mind. These may be the root cause of various ineffective behaviours.
The presented behaviour exists at a physical level and what is precipitating it is the mind. The need of the hour is to address the invisible process behind the visible behaviours.
Therefore this session helps to gain a deeper understanding about the effect of tensions and anxieties on our mental functions such as clarity of thought, focus and attention span and addresses mental fatigue.
Other areas like our resistance to change, comfort zone, the learning and growth behind the concept of ‘responsibility’ and breaking free from the enslavement of the mind are extremely transformational and are explored during the session as well to instigate better performance and efficiency.
