Understanding the human challenges and going beyond the behaviour to explore the core, to find the root of an issue or performance gap is the need in the corporate world today. Therefore through the ‘Human Behind the Role’ module participants will be able to understand how our thoughts and perceptions affect our performance and output. This understanding can then further be utilized by managers to increase the performance and well being of their teams.
